Dongsheng Bai

Dongsheng received his B.S. in Chemistry from Wuhan University (2016) and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Peking University (2022).
During his graduate research in Prof. Chengqi Yi’s lab, he worked on technology development for single-cell epigenomics to elucidate the regulatory roles of DNA modifications underlying the cell fate specification and maintenance in various biological processes. As a postdoc in ZHU lab, Dongsheng is interested in developing innovative multi-omics and spatial-omics tools to study DNA or histone marks related to genome integrity and flexibility during aging and in neurodegenerative disorders.
