Chenxu Zhu 朱晨旭

I am a Core Faculty Member at the New York Genome Center and Assistant Professor at the Department of Physiology and Biophysics and Institute for Computational Biomedicine at Weill Cornell Medicine.

Our lab focused on both development of cutting-edge genomic technologies for multimodal single-cell analysis and applying these technologies to study the combined effects of multiple regulatory layers in cell fate specification and maintenance during development, diseases, and cancer.

Our lab is located at the New York Genome Center (lower Manhattan) and the Department of Physiology and Biophysics and Institute for Computational Biomedicine at Weill Cornell Medicine (upper east side).  We are looking for talented scientists from all levels to join our team. If you are interested in single-cell genomics and gene regulation, please join us.
